DiscoverE’s Future City® Competition – a non-profit educational program that asks middleschool students to imagine, design, and build cities of the future.

• 30 teams of middle school students from Alabama have created future cities in large tabletop models. They present and defend their cities to judges at the competition.

• The Theme “Farm to Table” gives students an opportunity to tackle a real-world problem to create innovative solutions.

• First-place team receives an all-expense-paid trip to compete in the Future City Competition National Finals in Washington, D.C., Washington, D.C., February 14-17, 2026
